Refund Policy

At Coastal Canopy Floats, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer a flexible and fair refund policy while maintaining the sustainability and operations of our unique floating shade experience.

 

COASTAL CANOPY FLOATS STANDS BEHIND A QUALITY PRODUCT.  WE ARE WILLING TO PROVIDE A 5 YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL FLOATS.

This refund policy only pertains to the Coastal Canopy Floats.  This refund policy excludes the refund of the pop-up tents after the standard 30 day return policy.

1. Cancellation by Purchaser

 

Standard Purchases

    •    Refund requested prior to order being shipped:  Full refund, minus a [3–5%] processing fee if applicable.

    •    7–14 days after purchase: 50% refund.

    •    More than 30 days after purchase: No Refund

 

Holiday or Peak Season Purchases

    •    Refunds for purchases during holiday specials or peak dates are non-refundable unless canceled before being shipped.  If purchases are made at a special rate-only purchased rate will be refunded.

IF PRODUCT IS NOT RECEIVED TO FACILITY, REFUND IS VOID.

 

2. Changes to Your Order

    •    We allow one change per order at no charge if requested at least 24 hours before being shipped.

    •    Additional changes may incur an additional fee.

    •    Changes are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation by Coastal Canopy Floats

 

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs.

    •    If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Weather Policy

 

We operate rain or shine, but in cases of extreme weather (e.g., storms, high winds, flooding), we may need to cancel or delay orders.

    •    If your order is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered a full refund or a credit for a future purchase.

7. Processing Time

 

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
